Run

Split 1500’s

4 x (1000/300/200) w. 1:30 recovery after the 1000, 1:00 after the 300 and 5 minutes after the 200

Subtract 1:30 & 1:00 from your total time to get your 1500 time.

How fast can you run 1500? Be careful don’t go to hard to early.
